Please note that a Good Faith Exam is mandatory for all new clients. It confirms your medical suitability for treatment and is valid for one year. The one-time fee is $35, and you can complete the exam on the same day as your visit or in advance via Telehealth.

Hours of Operations: Wednesday 2PM-5PM, Friday 6PM-9PM, Saturday 2PM-9PM and Sunday 10AM-5PM by appointment only. Please contact us if you do not see a date or time that is convenient for you.
